Social Network Analysis (SNA) analyzes alumni and donors of non-profits.
It provides an analysis for a non-profit to facilitate the development of a Social Network strategy. It answers the following questions:
- What social network(s) are most popular with my alums/donors?
- What percentages of our donors/alums have profiles on social networking sites?
- Which sites are the most popular with our donors?
- What are the demographics of my alums/donors on the most popular sites?
- Who are the "most connected alums/donors" a.k.a. "who has the most friends"? (As discussed in the best seller "The Tipping Point".)
- Which donors donors/alumni have the most "friends" by graduation year?
- What are the URL’s of my donors/alums?
