  • National City Corporation – program expired 12/31/08 – employees can now participate through PNC – per Susan Moran 5/8/09.
  • Stellent Corporation - acquired by Oracle
  • TIFF Advisory- has been updated: company will match 2:1 from $25 - $5,000 and 1:1 for $10,000 - $15,000.
  • Yum! Brands Foundation Inc. - Effective January 1, 2009, company is no longer matching to education in order to focus on supporting those agencies that fight to end hunger in the US and around the world. Per letter from Diana Savage, Public Affairs Analyst.

Programs Suspended or Terminated:

  • Autonation, Inc. - Gale Butler says program suspended at this time - 4/27/09
  • The Citi Foundation - suspending its Matching Gifts and Volunteer Incentive Programs, effective May 15, 2009.
  • CUNA Mutual Group - suspended program per Steve Goldberg - 5/1/09. They may reinstate program in future.
  • Lion Copolymer – program suspended for 2009.
  • The New York Times - program suspended per Philanthropy Today - 4/24/09
  • Tenet Healthcare - suspended their matching gift program 1/1/09
  • Rite Aid - does not have a program.
  • Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates – program closed Oct. 2008 through Oct. 2009. May reinstate program in 2009.
