Matching Gift Report – as of April 22, 2009
Following is information regarding corporate program changes, status and
suspensions.
Changes:
AIG:maximum amount changed to $1,500
Bear Sterns: and Washington Mutual: eligible to participate under the J.P. Morgan Chase
program per J.P. Morgan Chase Philanthropy
CDW Corporation: maximum is now $2,000 per employee (changed from $4,000)
Hyperion Solutions: deleted and added to Oracle. Oracle bought Hyperion Solutions in 2007
IPL Indianapolis Power and Light: – maximum is now $500
Merrill Lynch: profile reinstated on the database due to indications from Bank of America and
JK Group that the program is still in place… despite memo from Bank of America in February.
Mattel, Inc: as of January 1, 2009, company no longer matching to Higher Education or Arts/Culture
Pearson: has consolidated all of it’s divisions under one matching gift program and is now operating
under “Pearson Education” including NCS Pearson.
Supervalu: changed name, now on the database under Albertsons LLC/Supervalu, Inc.
Synopsys Inc: now goes through JK Group (easymatch)
TI Texas Instruments: as of April 1, 2009, 3:1 match on contributions up to $10,000 will change to 1:1.

Safeco Insurance Foundation - Beginning in 2009, new gift requests through the Foundation's ‘Your Gift Plus’
and ‘Your Time Plus’
matching programs will no longer be accepted.
(Matching gift requests that were registered by December 31, 2008 will continue
to be reviewed and processed in 2009)

UPS - suspended their program effective March 6, 2009
