• eFunds - acquired by Fidelity National Information Systems - program was suspended 12/31/08.

• Harleysville Mutual Insurance Co. – April 2009 suspended program due to under utilization.
• Survey Sciences Group - suspended per Scott Crawford
• Temporaries Now - suspended per Dale Abrahams
