Cell Phone Append
HEP can now append cell phone numbers to your file as well as tell you whether your current phone number on file is a cell phone or not.
As many as one in six American households have given up there landline and are using only their cell phone, according to Steven Blumberg,
a senior scientist at the Center for Disease Control’s Statistics department. You can use the names
and postal addresses of your donors and alums to find their mobile phone numbers. Call us for details.
National Change of Address (NCOA)
Direct mail studies have found that screening your addresses against an NCOA database twice annually will maximize your results. You provide a record identification #, constituent name, constituent address and, if applicable, constituent phone number. In ten days we will return your data including new and updated addresses and ZIP+Four+Two codes standardized in the format preferred by the US Post Office. This service typically updates between 7% and 15% of your addresses.
