National Change of Address (NCOA)
Direct mail studies have found that screening your addresses against an NCOA database twice annually will maximize your results. You provide a record identification #, constituent name, constituent address and, if applicable, constituent phone number. In ten days we will return your data including new and updated addresses and ZIP+Four+Two codes standardized in the format preferred by the US Post Office. This service typically updates between 7% and 15% of your addresses.
